When you purchase a
theme park ticket directly through the Disneyland Resort website, you can find the ticket ID in the confirmation email you receive as part of the purchase. I would first suggest checking your email inbox for "Disneyland Confirmation" to see if you can find it in there.
If you're having trouble finding it in your inbox, then I would next check to make sure it was attached to your MyDisney account but looking at the
My Plans hub on the Disneyland Resort website. Typically when you purchase tickets through the Disneyland Resort website, they're automatically attached to your MyDisney account as part of the purchase process, so they should show up on the page if so.
If you're still having trouble tracking down your tickets then I would recommend
calling a Cast Member at the Tickets line. They will be able to look into the specific details of your purchase and help you locate the information you need for it to get linked to the mobile app.
