Hello there, Julie - thanks so much for your question, and for stopping by planDisney! I'm thrilled to hear you'll be making the trek over here to the Happiest Place on Earth. Get ready to make some magical memories!
This is a fantastic question, so I'm glad you stopped by to ask it. From the way I'm reading it, it sounds to me like some technical wires might've gotten crossed here. It sounds like you purchased your tickets from
Disneyland.com, so I would definitely recommend
calling a Cast Member at the Tickets line. It's worth the call before your trip to make sure everything is in order.
If you have a purchase receipt that shows the correct tickets were purchased (2 adults, one child), but it only shows incorrectly in the
Disney Mobile App, then this should be easily correctable by the Cast Member on the Tickets line. However, just in case I am reading your question incorrectly, and you instead purchased your tickets through a 3rd party, then make sure you reach back out to them first.
Will this be your first time to the
Disneyland Resort? If so, as you plan your trip, make sure to take full advantage of the filters on the
Attractions and Entertainment page! We have two little ones, so my go-to filter is the "
Young Families" one, but there are a lot of different configurations to try.
I hope this is helpful, Julie! Please feel free to
reply to me directly with any other questions I can help you with as you plan your trip. I'd love to help!
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
