    I booked park reservations for three days for my party, but the park reservations are not showing up on their accounts/app. When will the reservations for them show up?

    Hi there, Alyssa,

    Thanks for looking us up at planDisney. As fellow Guests, it’s a pleasure to share some of the magic we have experienced over many years to help others make the most of their visits to the Disneyland Resort too.

    Since you booked the theme park reservations for your party, let’s take a look at the different places where the reservations may show up for you. There are two places online and one place in the Disneyland mobile app. From the main Disneyland Resort website, use the "My Disneyland" menu to find "My Plans." There, you should see your upcoming plans, including dining reservations, activity reservations, and park reservations. The other place to check online is also under the “My Disneyland” menu. This one is labeled "Ticket and Reservation Details." From that page, use the "Make or Modify Park Reservations" button to view the "My Theme Park Reservations"page. This is also where you can go if you happen to need to modify existing park reservations or make new park reservations for tickets not yet tied to a reservation. Theme park reservations can be booked up to 120 days in advance.

    Using the Disneyland mobile app, find your future park reservations by opening the ☰ feature menu and then tapping the "Future Plans" tile. If you don’t see your park reservations there, make sure you see your tickets on the "Tickets and Passes" screen, also accessible from the ☰ feature menu. You can book new reservations by tapping the ‘+’ button at the bottom of the screen on the app, then select "Make a Park Reservation."

    I recently purchased a theme park ticket for another member of our party. Then I shared the ticket ID and barcode with my wife so that she could link the ticket to her account too. She did that from the "Tickets and Passes" screen of the app. That way either of us can book Lightning Lane return times for the whole party. When my wife looks at the Future Plans screen of the app, she can see the park reservations for her own pass as well as the park reservation for the additional ticket that is now linked to both of our accounts. When she visits the "My Plans" and "My Theme Park Reservations" pages, she can also see the linked ticket and park reservation information.

    I hope that gives some idea of how you and your party can verify your park tickets and the required theme park reservations. If you see something that doesn’t look quite right, I recommend connecting with a Cast Member using the "Chat with Us" feature in the mobile app or on the Disneyland Resort website. Or you may speak with a Cast Member with the Tickets phone line. When reaching out to a Cast Member, you may want to have your ticket purchase confirmation number handy.
