    I booked and paid for my reservation through a travel agency and am not getting very good service. I leave in 10 days and have not received any documents. Can you tell me what I should be expecting from them? We have Moderate resort, tickets and meals.

    Hi Anne!

    Before your trip, you should, at a minimum, receive your vouchers for Magical Express. These are typically mailed about 30 days in advance of your trip. If you haven't received these vouchers, you'll want to be sure your travel agent has made arrangements for you to use the service. Reservations for Magical Express, while free, do need to be made in advance. If your reservation has been made but you haven't received the vouchers, I would recommend picking up your luggage at Orlando International Airport and then heading over to the Magical Express counter. They'll be able to pull up your reservation and print your documentation.

    Upon check-in, you will receive your Key to the World card which will be your room key, park tickets and will contain your meal vouchers. At that time, you'll also be able associate a credit card to your room purchases, if you'd like to. This will allow you to use your room key as a charge card while you're at Walt Disney World.

    Other than that - Hakuna Matata! No worries - just be sure to get packing! Hope you have an incredible vacation!
