We have booked and paid for a one night stay in April with 2 day park ticket. How will I receive our park tickets? Check in is 4pm for the hotel but obviously we would like to be in the park first thing.

Greetings, Caroline! Yay! I'm so excited that you have a visit to the Disneyland Resort coming up!

If you booked your vacation package through the Disneyland Resort website, there were two different options for ticket delivery when you checked out. You could choose either eTickets or to have the tickets shipped to you. If you selected eTickets, you would have received an email confirmation with a link to view the eTickets. You can either print the eTickets and take them to the gates, or you can use your mobile device to scan your eTickets when you arrive. You will then be given a standard paper ticket to use for the duration of your stay. If you didn't receive your eTickets, I suggest contacting Guest Services at (714) 781-4565 to see if they can resend them, or you can visit a ticket booth at the parks with your ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets and they should be able to look up the eTickets for you.

If you chose to have the tickets shipped to you, they will arrive according to the shipping option you selected (standard or express) to the address you provided.

I hope you have a magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
