    I just booked and paid for my Disney vacation. However, the billing address for my credit card is different than my shipping address.My Disney materials will be sent to an address I no longer live at.How do I change my address before materials are shipped?

    My Disney Experience makes managing your vacation as easy as saying Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo, so let’s make sure all of your information is up-to-date so you can get on with the fun! There are two ways to update your address: through the My Disney Experience Mobile App or by using the desktop version.

    When using the My Disney Experience Mobile App, start by clicking on the icon with three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner. Next, scroll down and click on “My Profile” and then “Account Settings.” There you will see all of your demographic information including your billing and mailing addresses. There is an option to “edit” for both addresses. Once you successfully change your address you’ll see a green circle and check mark indicating it’s been changed. Having recently moved, I just updated my information using this method and it took only a few minutes!

    If you find it easier to use the desktop version, after you’ve logged in, hover over “My Disney Experience” located in the top right-hand corner and click on “Profile.” You will then see the option, “Contact Information” which is where you will be able to modify your home address.
