    I have booked and paid for the Disney princess dining experience but I cannot now find it on my booking anywhere

    How exciting that you'll be dining with royalty at Auberge de Cendrillion during your upcoming visit to Disneyland Paris.

    Let me tell you that making a dining reservation at this restaurant is a very smart move as you will be able to meet and greet with several Disney Princesses whilst enjoying a delicious meal. This will also save you so much time while at Disneyland Park as you will not need to visit the Princess Pavilion which typically, has a very long queue.

    Going back to your question, Joseph, as you have paid for your meal at Auberge de Cendrillion in advance, I am guessing that you have booked a Hotel + Ticket package and added this Character Meal onto your existing booking.

    If this is the case, you should have received an updated order confirmation, detailing the addition of your Character Meal, from the company who you made your booking with. If you didn't receive one, I would recommend getting in touch with them directly - there should be a telephone number provided on your original booking confirmation.

    If you made your booking directly with Disneyland Paris, you can call the Client Relation Center or, contact a Disney Agent via the Live Chat function, for confirmation of your Character Meal. You can reach them both Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 7.30pm and on Saturdays from 9.30am to 6pm (French time).

    Top Tip - The Live Chat function can be accessed by clicking on "Ask your question" in the blue box that says "Need help?" which pops up while you are browsing the Disneyland Paris website and/or Disneyland Paris App.
