Hey there Kyle! Welcome back to planDisney! I'm excited to see you are planning a visit to Disneyland Park. This looks like quite the adventure you are on while planning a trip for three parties. I think you should grab a complimentary "I'm celebrating..." button once you get to the parks to celebrate that accomplishment!
With
Disneyland Resort Hotel Packages, you will receive the theme park tickets in your account four days prior to arrival. Once this happens you will be able to share the ticket id numbers with the appropriate parties and they will be able to add them to their accounts as well. They will all still be on your account, but they can link them to theirs as well. Having all of the tickets on your account can be super handy if you all decide to use
Disney Genie+. This means you can easily make the Lightning Lane selections for everyone at once instead of everyone trying to get the same return time individually.
I know you were most concerned about getting the theme park tickets linked to the appropriate accounts, but you also may want to look into getting the whole reservation linked to each party's account unless you really want to be completely in charge of all of the reservations. To do this, I would take a look at the reservation, which I find sometimes to be easier on the Disneyland app. When you click on the three horizontal lines, you can click on "Future Plans" or "My Hotel Reservations". When you pull up a reservation it will show who the Guests are on this reservation and sometimes will allow you to see and edit who the linked accounts are. This may allow you to add their accounts and give them access to them. The other option would be to give the reservation numbers to the appropriate people and see if they can link them to their accounts as well. In "My Hotel Reservations" you should also be given the option to book your theme park reservations.
If both of these options do not allow you to link the other reservations to their accounts, you may have the best luck contacting Guest Services to see if they can do this.
Just a reminder that
table service dining reservations can be made 60 days out!
Kyle, we want to thank you for stopping by and invite you to come back and submit any other questions you may have while you plan.
