    I have booked my package through the Walt Disney World website and I booked my airline tickets as well. It says in my confirmation that my travel itinerary will be mailed to my house. When should I expect that?

     Tanya, I'm so excited for you. Your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is just around the corner! You'll be off on a magical adventure before you know it.

     I've always booked my vacation packages on the Walt Disney World Resort website too. It's so convenient! I usually receive any travel documents at least 30 days prior to my arrival. I would expect that you would have received the travel itinerary mentioned in your confirmation email by now, but perhaps there is a delivery delay. My best advice is to contact the reservation line to inquire about the travel itinerary you're patiently waiting for. A friendly Cast Member there can look up the details of your reservation and let you know the status on those documents. The phone number for the reservation line is (407) 939-1936. 

     Be sure to download the My Disney Experience mobile app before your vacation. It really is magic at your fingertips! I love that I can use it to modify my family's daily plans, view current wait times for our favorite attractions, and even place mobile food and beverage orders at select Quick-Service dining locations. How awesome is that?
