I booked my package today with tix and ddp. It was a long call and I don't want to call back unless I have to, so my question is should I expect anything in the mail or no? What do I need to check in, id and confirmation number, anything else? Arrive 3/2

    Hi Jessica,

Thank you for submitting your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are getting your bags packed, your visit is right around the corner!  Typically, you get correspondence in the mail regarding your upcoming visit. Since your visit is so close, you may/may not receive correspondence rather an e-mail with the details of your upcoming visit. You can also check My Disney Experience online or on your mobile device. Once you sign in, click on "My Reservations" to  view your reservation. You will need your confirmation number. Unfortunately, if you do not have your confirmation number, you will have to call Guest Services and speak to a cast member to retrieve it. Rest assure, that phone call should be quicker than when you called to book your package! Once you have your information and you can view your reservation online, you can do the on-line check (up to 10 days before your arrival date). This will save you time when you arrive at the resort as you will make the line for "On-line Check-in" and the resort will have your package and room keys ready for you. All you will need to bring is your identification, the credit card used for the reservation and your confirmation number.

I hope you have a wonderful time! If I can be of further assistance, please feel free to send me your questions!
