I booked a package with the resort and and 2day theme park when I go in to link everything together it only show the resort we staying in, I do I link my theme park tickets?

    Hi Jamie! Welcome to planDisney!

I’m excited about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort stay! There is nothing better than staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel and being right in the middle of the magic! Since I typically drive down, my daughter’s rule on our vacations is to not get back in the car until we leave to go home. We love all the transportation options that are awarded to us by staying onsite. Depending on where you stay, you may have access to the monorail, the Disney Skyliner, boat, and bus transportation. It makes getting to the parks that much more fun!

Sometimes linking your reservations to your My Disney Experience account can be tricky. They do not always automatically appear in your account. Since your resort hotel is currently showing, let's try and link your theme park tickets as well. Log on to your My Disney Experience account and click on “Park Tickets”. A drop-down menu will appear with an option to “Link Tickets”. Click on this and you will be prompted to enter your ticket ID number that should have been emailed to you after your purchase. If you are doing this on your mobile device, simply tap on “Tickets and Passes” and then select “Link Tickets & Passes”. Here you will be prompted to enter the same ticket ID number. If you are unable to locate the ID number needed, I would suggest calling the Walt Disney World Resort and speaking to a Cast Member for assistance.

Once you have this figured out, please remember that a park reservation is needed to enter any of the four theme parks. You will need to log on to your My Disney Experience account and select “Park Reservations” to pick the park you want to visit on that particular day. I would recommend doing so as soon as possible as park availability is constantly changing. Also, since you are within the 60-day mark, you are currently able to make Advanced Dining Reservations if you want to eat at any table service restaurants during your stay.

Jamie, have the best time on your upcoming stay! I hope you enjoy being part of the World’s Most Magical Celebration!

    See ya real soon!
