Walt Disney World vacation many months in advance, but, like you, I often find that I need to tweak those reservations when plans shift. In your case, it looks like a positive change because now you are going to have more people sharing your Disney fun.
Often, if you need to make a relatively easy modification, such as changing the number of nights on your room reservation or switching to a different room type, you can do that easily in your
My Disney Experience account by clicking Change Reservation. I've even used My Disney Experience to switch a reservation from one discount offer to another.
However, in your case, it sounds like you have multiple modifications. Adding a person to this reservation likely will mean switching resorts or adding an additional room since, if I remember correctly, all rooms at the
Pop Century Resort have a capacity of four adults. And I'm assuming you will want to add tickets or other package benefits for your additional person.
So, for you, calling the Walt Disney World reservation line at (407) 934-7639 would be my recommendation. The cast members there can walk you through your options and help you find the best and most economical way to grow your party. I've found them to be extremely helpful when I've had a more complicated request.
