    We booked a package that included a shuttle from LAX to Disneyland. I've now been told this isn't available at this time. Will it come back when the park reopens. We're going in Nov.

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for bringing another excellent question our way! We love helping guests plan their Disneyland Resort vacations! 

    The answer to your question depends on which shuttle service you originally booked. Two services previously offered, the Disneyland Resort Express and SuperShuttle are no longer available as transportation options when traveling to the Disneyland Resort from Los Angeles International Airport. SuperShuttle ended its service to LAX as of December 31, 2019, and Disneyland Express stopped running on January 7, 2020. The Disneyland Resort now recommends a local shuttle service called Karmel Shuttle. So, if you made your original reservation with Karmel Shuttle, their services should resume once the Disneyland Resort reopens. If you had planned to use Disneyland Express, you can call the Reservation Sales Team at (714) 520-5050 and request they change your booking to Karmel Shuttle. 

    Depending on the timing of your trip in November, you might be just in time to experience “The Merriest Place on Earth!” While official dates for 2020 have not been released yet, last year’s holiday season started on November 8, 2019. Spending the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort allows you to enjoy the Characters in their festive attire, tasty holiday treats, Sleeping Beauty’s Castle covered in snow and the Haunted Mansion Holiday! Plus, both parks feature a holiday parade and a festive nighttime spectacular! At Disneyland, you’ll enjoy A Christmas Fantasy Parade and “Believe...In Holiday Magic” Fireworks! At Disney California Adventure Park you’ll experience Disney ¡Viva Navidad! Street Party and World of Color - Season of Light! It’s the perfect time of year to visit!
