Hi Michael,
Welcome to planDisney!
It’s great to hear that you’ve booked your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, have your
Theme Park Tickets, and made your
Disney Park Pass reservations. You’re a few steps closer to the magic!
When you purchased your tickets and made the hotel reservation, were you signed into your My Disney Experience account? If you were, then your Theme Park tickets should already be linked. If you weren't, I’ll give you some steps to link them!
First, let’s check to see if your Theme Park tickets are linked. Within the
My Disney Experience mobile app, select the three lines in the lower right-hand corner. Then press the “Tickets and Passes” box. If you see your Theme Park tickets for your upcoming trip, then there’s nothing else to do. Your tickets are already linked!
If for some reason you’re not seeing your Theme Park tickets in this area, you can easily link them. First, you’ll want to locate your hotel and ticket confirmation email from Walt Disney World Resort. Within that email, there will be a confirmation number that you can add to your My Disney Experience mobile app. Then from the “Tickets and Passes” screen you were just on within the app, select the “+” symbol in the upper right-hand corner and click “Link Tickets & Passes”. Click over to the “Room with Tickets” tab and enter your confirmation number from the email and the last name on the reservation. Once complete, your Theme Park tickets will be linked!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your visit to the
World’s Most Magical Celebration. If you have further planning or vacation questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
