Hi, we booked a package with hotel and dining plan . I looked at the app but I don’t see the dining credits anywhere. Where can I find the dining plan to track? We arrive in May. Thank you.

Welcome to planDisney, Amy! You've made a great vacation choice bundling your hotel stay, theme park tickets, and a Disney dining plan as part of a vacation package for your upcoming visit! I love the way the dining plans make Walt Disney World vacations feel more inclusive; instead of worrying about the bill, we focus on the magic and enjoying all the meals and snacks we've already paid for along the way!

Although you cannot see your meals and snacks in the My Disney Experience mobile app just yet, hakuna matata, they will materialize magically on your resort check-in day and be ready as soon as you're ready to rustle up some grub! At that time, you will have a few options to track your meals and snacks: you can visit the Hotel Reservations page under "My Visit" to view the status of your meals and snacks, you can visit the front desk of your Disney Resort hotel or any Guest Relations location and ask for an update, and you can also find your remaining balance on the bottom of your dining receipts; you'll be able to see the total number issued, already redeemed, and still available. Remember that all meals and snacks will be given as a bank at the start of your vacation and can be used at any time until midnight on the day you check out! I love the flexibility that offers to enjoy an extra Mickey bar, splurge on a dinner show like my favorite, the Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue, or even share a meal when you aren't feeling as hungry!

Amy, I'd also love to mention that since you'll be visiting during the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival, you can use some of your snacks to experience the unique offerings at the outdoor kitchens throughout the park! Just look for the purple and white Disney dining plan logo to see which kiosks are offering options that can used as snacks on the dining plans! It's a great way to experience some of the delectable culinary offerings of this festival! I've always been a fan of the Frushi (fruit sushi!) at Hanami in the Japan Pavilion - it's my can't-miss festival treat!

I hope this is helpful, Amy, and I hope you enjoy all of the amazing dining opportunities that await you! Don't forget to secure those Advance Dining Reservations if you're taking advantage of table-service meals on the Disney Dining Plan, and remember you can also use Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering alongside the dining plans to save time waiting in line! You're going to have a wonderful time!

    Bon Appetit,
    Alison
