Just booked a package (hotel and 4 day pass) and received confirmation. The hotel res shows up in my account but the tickets do not. I did try to link the pkg and it says it is already linked. Not sure what else to do?

    Hi, there!

Welcome to planDisney, Susan. I'm so happy you stopped by and even happier to hear you're planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation! It's the very best kind if you ask me.

You're going to love being a Guest of the Disney Resorts Collection. When you stay at a Disney Resort hotel, you're immersed in the magic of Disney storytelling, even after you've left the theme parks! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation package also comes with incredible perks, like Early Theme Park Entry. How great is that?

I think you're saying that you linked your vacation package to your My Disney Experience account, but that you can only see the hotel reservation portion of your package. Let's see if we can get this sorted out! Start by logging into your My Disney Experience account online. Hover over the My Disney Experience tab on the Walt Disney World Resort homepage and select 'My Plans' from the drop-down menu that appears. Scroll just past the heading that says, "Susan's Plans and Tickets." You'll see a string of planning icons. If you linked your hotel reservation and your tickets to your account, both of those icons should be highlighted in blue. Scroll down a bit further until you see the heading that says, "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets." Your daily itinerary is automatically selected. Click on 'Tickets, Passes, and Memory Maker' and you should see all your tickets listed there. If you don't, not to fret! Try switching internet browsers. I find I have the best luck with My Disney Experience when I'm using Google Chrome. If changing internet browsers doesn't work either, I encourage you to reach out to the Reservation Team by calling (407) 939-1936. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you!

Once you've retrieved your tickets, be sure to make your Theme Park Reservations via the Disney Park Pass System. The sooner you make those reservations, the better availability you'll find for the theme parks you hope to visit!

A visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is always magical, but exceptionally so during the holiday season. As you're counting down the days to your stay, keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for news and updates about this year's holiday offerings at the Walt Disney World Resort!

I hope this was helpful, Susan. Please stop by again with any new questions you may have!
