I have booked a package through Costco travel and my Disney tickets are set as will call for pick up...I am unable to add to App. How do I do this so I can take advantage of the multi pass bookings for the rides. I think I can do this 3 days in advance.

Purchasing Lightning Lane Multi Pass for your visit to the theme parks is sure to minimize your wait times and maximize your fun. A super great perk of Lightning Lane Multi Pass is that you can choose up to 3 Multi Pass experiences and arrival windows before you even leave home!

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulty linking your Theme Park Tickets to your My Disney Experience account. You should have received a confirmation email from Costco Travel when you purchased your package. And in that email, there should be a Will Call Confirmation Number for your Theme Park Ticket. If you don't have that email or can't locate that Will Call Confirmation Number, I recommend your reach out to Costco Travel to get that information. Once you have your Will Call Confirmation Number, you can link your ticket on the Walt Disney World Resort website or on the My Disney Experience mobile app.

Did you know your purchase of Lightning Lane Multi Pass includes digital downloads of select attraction photos and videos AND access to Disney PhotoPass Lenses? My kids really get a kick out of the Disney PhotoPass Lenses on the My Disney Experience mobile app!
