I've booked many travel packages for the
Disneyland Resort through Costco, it's such a great deal if you are already a Costco member! It sounds like you are doing everything right, so I'm hoping it's just a technical glitch.
Let's start with making sure you are logged into your Disneyland account on the Disneyland Resort site, and then navigate to
theme park tickets and reservations. Click on "Make or Modify Park Reservations" and you'll then be directed to the
theme park reservations page. Go ahead and click on "
Retrieve Hotel Reservation" and then type in the confirmation number you received from your Costco package confirmation email, and your arrival date. From that point, you should be able to secure your theme park reservations for your desired dates, pending availability. If that still is not working for you, I would reach out to a helpful Cast Member via the
Tickets guest services line for further assistance.
It looks like you'll be visiting during
Holiday Time when the Disneyland Resort transforms into the "Merriest Place on Earth!" There are so many wonderful ways to celebrate the holidays during that time, I'd keep an eye on the
