    I booked my package with the Canadian resident tickets- when should I expect the vouchers for redemption?

    Hi Danielle, 

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another great question about the Canadian Resident Special Ticket Offer!

    Unless you specifically requested to have tickets delivered to you, you don’t actually need vouchers to redeem the Theme Park Tickets that you’ve purchased with this promotion. 

    When you purchased the tickets, you should have been able to link them to your My Disney Experience account, as well as any other accounts that you control or ones that are included in your “My Friends and Family” list. All you’ll need to do in order to activate them when you arrive for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is to go to a Guest Relations window at the Theme Park of your choice (or Disney Springs) and show proof of Canadian residency, along with the email confirmation of your purchase (either a printout or on your smartphone). Based on my experience, once that step is done, you should be good to go!
