I booked one Magical Keys tours today (about 5 or so hours ago) and while I have a confirmation number I haven't gotten an email yet. How long after booking on the phone should I expect an email confirmation on my reservation (and payment)?

    Hi Jenna,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

If I understand your question correctly, you’ve booked Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour for your upcoming visit to Magic Kingdom Park and you’re wondering whether you’ll be getting an email confirmation of your booking. First of all, you’re in for an absolutely unforgettable experience! It’s my all-time favourite tour at Walt Disney World Resort. I’ve done it 3 times and I’ve learned something new during each tour.

If memory serves, I didn’t receive an email confirmation when I booked my tours, either. If you have a confirmation number and you’ve seen the tour get charged to your credit card, then I wouldn’t worry; you should be good to go! If you’re concerned, however, I would encourage you to contact Walt Disney World Resort in order to make sure that everything is booked properly. They’ll also be able to give you a definitive answer about whether you should expect to receive an email confirmation.

I hope my answer helps you plan your upcoming vacation. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,
