Hello, I have booked 2 one day, park hopper passes and now need to change the date of my reservation. Will I be refunded for the original tickets if I cancel and book new tickets for the new date?

Hi Aimee! We are so glad you've stopped by planDisney with your question. Let's get you an answer!

With the reservation system, you can cancel your reservation dates and then reschedule your reservations for new dates. This does not cancel your ticket, so do not buy more! Your tickets cannot be refunded, they are still good to go when you cancel the reservation. Let me walk you through the steps.

First, log in to your Disneyland account on the Disneyland website. Now you will hover over the "My Disneyland" tab and click on "Ticket and Reservation Details".  From here, scroll and click on the prompt "View My Park Reservations". Now you will scroll down and you should see all of your upcoming ticket reservations for tickets connected to your account. Here you will also find your option to cancel the ticket reservations. You will then be able to reschedule and book new dates if you wish or wait until a later time. Just remember that reservations are limited and can fill up, especially during busier times.

If for any reason you cannot make it to Disneyland Resort before your tickets expire you still have an option. According to the eTicket Terms and Conditions, you can use the purchase amount of your expired, wholly unused tickets towards the purchase of new tickets of equal or greater value.

Aimee, hopefully, this all gives you some peace of mind that your tickets will be ready for you to use when you are ready! Thanks again for stopping by planDisney!
