    We have booked Old Key West Villa for end of Sept. How do I make special requests such as wanting a top floor room or a newly remodeled room. I realize that these are just requests but would like to make preferences known. thanks

    Hi Theresa! Yes room requests are just that...requests, but why not try to get that perfect location!  Call the reservation number and ask them to add your request to your reservation. The Old Key West resort does not accept room request FAXes so you can't do that to add to your chances.  When you check in be sure and ask again about any room that might be available more to your liking if you do not get a top floor or one that has been recently refurbished. They might be able to assist you in getting one or the other but not both.  It is worth a try!
