Welcome to planDisney, Robbie! Are you counting down the days until your trip to Walt Disney World next month? It sounds like you've booked a coveted reservation at
'Ohana at the
Polynesian, a restaurant that is legendary among Disney guests. You're certainly going to get your fill of delicious food and leave feeling the Aloha Spirit!
For the most part, there is no cost associated with making a
dining reservation at Walt Disney World Resort. There are a few notable exceptions that require payment in advance, namely Cinderella's Royal Table and Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, but by and large, you are not asked for payment at the time of booking a table. You do get asked for a credit card when you make a reservation, but you will not be charged unless you don't show up to your booking or cancel with less than 2 hours' notice. 'Ohana works the same way as most restaurants you're familiar with, you'll be presented with a bill at the end of your meal and you can pay at that time.
Robbie, I hope you take advantage of some of the amenities at the Polynesian while you're there for dinner. It's one of my favorite places to watch
Happily Ever After! Nothing beats grabbing a Dole Whip from
Pineapple Lanai and finding a great spot on the beach to catch the show.
Have a magical day, Robbie!
