We booked an offsite condo for the week beginning 11/17/12 (Thanksgiving week) and I'm feeling overwhelmed w/the planning! We will be bringing our 2 girls (ages 7 & 4) for their 1st visit. What would be the "must-sees" and any other advice

    HI Danielle,

First, you have lots of time before your trip, so don't worry.  And we are here to help; you can truly ask us hundreds of questions if you'd like!

Have you ordered the free planning dvd yet?  If not, that will be helpful.  I'd also encourage you to begin visiting several websites for more information and updates.  Some of my favorites are,, and the Disney Parks Blog.  To help with the planning of how you spend the days and the must-sees, I think very highly of  It is a website that offers an incredible amount of information to help you make the most of your days at the parks.  While it does have a small cost, it is a worthwhile investment in my opinion.

You will want to mark the following date on your calendar:  May 21, 2012.  This is the day your can make your first day's worth of dining reservations. By studying the Disney Dining options, you should have a good idea of where you'd like to dine. Character dining is quite popular, especially Cinderella's Royal Table and Chef Mickey's. If you'd like to dine at either of those, I'd try to make the reservations right away. Reservations can be made online through the above links or by calling 407-WDW-DINE.

I hope this helps you to feel more reassured about your planning and get you pointed in the right direction.  Again, please don't hesitate to ask us more questions!!
