    We are booked in October at Polynesian club level and AKL club level for February 2020. I want to only upgrade my ticket to an annual pass. Can I do this if we have a vacation package without messing up everyone’s tickets? do I have to wait until we arrive

    Hi Mary!

    You are getting ready for an incredible Walt Disney World Resort vacation and I'm so excited to hear that you will be staying at two of my favorite Disney Resort hotels. Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge will be incredible vacation "homes" and since you will be enjoying Club Level rooms at both of these resorts, you will enjoy access to concierge service at the King Kamehameha Club and Kilimanjaro Club during your vacation!

    You are welcome to upgrade your vacation package theme park ticket to an Annual Pass and you are free to upgrade only one of the tickets in your package without impacting your other tickets. To complete your upgrade, you can visit any Guest Relations location. Unfortunately, there is no way to upgrade your ticket in advance and it must be upgraded when you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort. Keep in mind that in order to complete your upgrade, you must have remaining admissions on your ticket and you must upgrade it within 14 days of the first use of your ticket. I recommend that you upgrade your ticket to an Annual Pass at the beginning of your trip so you can take advantage of the amazing Passholder benefits throughout your vacation, including discounts on merchandise and select dining experiences!
