    We have booked 5 nights at the Port Orleans Riverside. I would like to go to one of the Parks the day that we check-in. Does the Hotel have a way to keep our bags for us until we are able to check-in? We don't want medicine to explode in the van.

    Hi Jeremy!

    Absolutely!
    Upon arrival at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside, proceed to the lobby with your bags and complete your check-in. You'll receive your Key to the World Cards right away, and will be advised whether or not your Resort Room is ready for you yet. If it isn't, simply check your bags in with the fantastic Bell Services Cast Members and they'll be kept safely in a temperature controlled, secure room off of the lobby.

    Then, head straight out to enjoy the parks!

    Be sure to process Online Check In up to 10 days prior to your arrival. During the process, you'll be asked for your earliest arrival time at the resort.
