I have booked a 5 night stay at a Disney Resort, then a short cruise and one night post cruise before flying home. Technically my post cruise night has a different confirmation #, does that mean that my dining pkg expires when we leave for our cruise?

    Hi Teona!

The way that the Disney Dining Plans work at Walt Disney World is that you have to purchase a Disney Dining Plan for every member of your traveling party (those people in the room with you) for every night of your stay in the Walt Disney World Resort. For example, if you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort for 5 nights, then every one staying in the room with you will have to have the same Disney Dining Plan for the 5 nights. You receive a set amount of Dining Plan Credits per person per night depending on which Disney Dining Plan that you purchase and you have the entire time of your stay at your Walt Disney World Resort to use them until midnight on the day that you check out of your Resort. Your 5 night stay at a Walt Disney World Resort is on one package if you have purchased a Disney Dining Plan so the Disney Dining Plan Credits would expire at midnight on the day you check out of your Walt Disney World Resort to go on your Disney Cruise.  The night after your Disney Cruise that you stay at a Walt Disney World Resort would not be covered under a Disney Dining Plan unless you choice to purchase another Disney Dining Plan for that stay.

I hope that your next Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical in every way!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
    Marc
