We have booked our next Disney World trip for March of next year. I know the crowds can be a bit heavier due to spring break so I was curious what days tend to be the least busiest at each park during the week?

    Eowyn, welcome to planDisney!

Springtime is the best time of year to visit the magic of Walt Disney World, in my humble opinion. Not only is EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival in full bloom, but Florida sunshine hits a little extra special after a long winter.

Weekends are usually busier than weekdays at the parks, as many local residents also visit then. If you prefer a quieter experience, you may want to consider Tuesdays or Wednesdays. However, attendance levels can be affected by special events or Extended Evening Hours, and it's too early to provide specific dates for such events. There are websites wholly dedicated to forecasting crowd flow at Walt Disney World that you may find helpful in planning your visit.

That said, we all know that Walt Disney World is popular. I feel it's best to reframe our viewpoint, knowing there is always magic to be found! If it's busy, take breaks at the warmest and usually busiest times of the day, whether you sit down to enjoy the air conditioning at a table-service restaurant or head back to your Disney Resort hotel for a nap and/or splash in the pool. And always try and use your Early Theme Park Entry.

We have always been able to enjoy attractions and quieter moments, even on the busiest of days. Special mention to the United Kingdom garden at EPCOT, and there is a similarly serene vibe at Tom Sawyer Island in Magic Kingdom Park. Attractions like Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress are typically calm here with a very low wait. The trails at Disney's Animal Kingdom are away from the crowds, too.

I hope this information helps, Eowyn! Please pop back to planDisney with any other questions.
