When you booked your Magic Your Way vacation package with Free
Memory Maker, you should have received a confirmation email containing the Memory Maker confirmation number. You'll want to take that confirmation number (from the email) and enter it into your
My Disney Experience account. Simply log into your
My Disney Experience account, go to the “
My Reservations” page and follow the instructions to link your Memory Maker entitlement.
It's very important to note that the Memory Maker entitlement can only be linked to one Guest profile at a time. You can reassign it as you'd like within your
My Disney Experience account, but you will not be able to access the entitlement if it's linked to more than one MagicBand or Guest profile.
Best of all, you will most certainly not lose the first 3 days of photos from your trip! If you did not receive an email containing your confirmation number, please give a call to 407.939.1936 and a Cast Member will be glad to help you see what's going on.
