I booked a moderate resort, May 2025, through British Airways. This comes with free Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan. I want to upgrade this to Disney Dining Plan, I don't know how. British Airways said they can't do it at their side, please help

    Hi Matthew!
    Welcome to planDisney.

It's always a pleasure to assist my fellow guests from the UK, and I'm happy to see that you have taken advantage of the Free Dining & Drinks offer for holidays to Walt Disney World in 2025.

I am also pleased to see that you wish to upgrade your Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan to a Disney Dining Plan to enjoy some of the many wonderful Table-Service restaurants around the Resort.  The cost of upgrading to the Disney Dining Plan is £78.99 per adult, and £24.00 per child, for each night of stay.  Your whole group must upgrade to the same dining plan, and prices are subject to change.  Please make any amendments to your dining plan by 7th November 2024, as that is the date this special offer expires.

I would have suggested that you need to contact the agent with whom you made your original holiday booking, as they are usually able to make any adjustments to your reservation.  However, if they cannot help, please contact the Walt Disney Travel Company International on freephone UK number 0800 169 0730 and speak to our helpful Disney Cast Members.  Have your booking reference handy when you call.

You will have a lot of flexibility when using the Disney Dining Plan - mostly around when you use your dining plan - you can use it in any way you please from the day of check-in to midnight on the day you leave (subject to meals and snacks remaining on your balance).

Also included in the price of each Disney Dining Plan is a Resort Refillable Mug.  This can be used for unlimited refills of a selection of fountain drinks, including sugar-free versions, and coffee, tea and hot chocolate, at the beverage stations found at the Quick-Service locations at all Disney Resort hotels for the length of your dining plan.  It's also worth noting that you will find a sink next to all the beverage stations to rinse your mug before your next refill.

If you have any further questions about the Disney dining plans or any other planning questions, please visit us again, and you can send me a direct question if you wish.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical holiday at Walt Disney World!
