    Booked the magic your way tickets package... when and where will I get tickets for park

    Hi there, Balaveera!

    Most ticket orders will arrive - depending on your distance from the Walt Disney Travel Company  shipper - within fourteen days. That's the longest mailing time specified on the Walt Disney World ticketing FAQ.

    When you ordered the tickets, if you did so online, you should have selected your preferred method of shipping, If you selected standard shipping, the window is fourteen days; if you selected a different shipping, method, you can expect your tickets to arrive sooner.

    If you spoke to a Cast Member at the Walt Disney Travel Company, s/he will have asked you the same question.

    If, after fourteen days, you have not received your vacation materials, please contact Walt Disney World Ticketing via e-mail at ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com or by calling (407) 566-4985.
