Hi, I have booked for in for the magic your way package including dining for January 2011. I was wondering if promotions come up between now and then if I can take advantage of them, even though we've already booked online with no promotions

    Hi Jason!

Absolutely!  My family and I have taken advantage of this several times.

However, you should think of discounted rates as a "clearance sale".  Disney is generally releasing the discount in an attempt to get more guests into the resort hotels during a specific time period.  If you want the discount, you have to be willing to take what's available.  The more flexible you are with the dates and the hotel, the more success you will have.  There have been times when a substantial discount was released for the period we were traveling, but we couldn't take advantage of it because we had our heart set on a particular resort.

With a "vacation package", you can change or cancel your reservation without penalty up to 45 days in advance.  Please keep in mind, however, that Disney's cancellation and refund policy is subject to change at any time.
If your travel dates are not immediately available at the discounted rate, try calling back periodically.  Availability will change if other guests change or cancel their reservations.

Enjoy planning and write back if you have any more questions!
