Lightning Lane Multi Pass options so that everyone in your party has the best day ever!
From the
My Disney Experience mobile app, select the tile at the upper right for
Lightning Lane Passes. From here, you should see the preselections you made for each day populate. You can navigate to the attraction tile for the ride you wish to modify, and when you click on that tile, you will see an option to
Modify Selection. From here, you can
Pick a New Time or
Pick a New Experience and then select the members of your party that you want to modify. The final step will be to review and confirm your changes for this Guest's selections. Hopefully you will be able to find an alternate attraction that this Guest can enjoy while the rest of the party experiences the original selection, and then you can all meet back up for some more fun together!
Ralph, if you have any issues with using Lightning Lane Multi Pass while you're in the Theme Parks, keep an eye out for
Guest Experience Team Cast Members (usually they are stationed throughout the parks under blue umbrellas). These helpful team members specialize in assisting Guests with a variety of questions, including navigating the My Disney Experience mobile app and all of its features like Lightning Lane passes.
