I booked a light saber savi workshop at 9:55am. . The Hollywood studio open at 9 am. Just wonder how long it takes from the park entrance to the Savi work shop? How early we should be at the park entrance to go through all the screening?

Sherry, I always suggest arriving at the Theme Parks at least one hour before the official park opening time. For example, you mentioned that Disney’s Hollywood Studios is opening at 9 a.m. EST on the morning of your reservation, so I recommend planning to arrive at the Theme Park around 8 a.m. EST. My vacation party typically likes to be a little tardy, and this hour gives me plenty of wiggle room in case the morning moves a little slower than anticipated. In my experience, Guests have been able to go through the security screening as they arrive - even if it is an hour before the park opens - and spend the remaining moments in line waiting for the Cast Members to open the gates. The walk from the Hollywood Studios entrance to Savi’s Workshop only takes approximately 10 minutes, and in full transparency, I’m usually pushing a double stroller and casually strolling. Needless to say that you will have plenty of time to make it to your light saber reservation!

I hope this helps, Sherry! If you have more questions while planning your Disney Vacation, stop back by and let me know
