    Have booked 4/3 land/sea package with catagory 5 stateroom staying at AKL. My ? what type of room can we expect at AKL, DD is animal crazy would love to have savanah view room is this possible? Can I call ahead and request savanah view?

    When booking the Land Sea package, you may choose the WDW resort that corresponds to your DCL category. However, your actual room assignment including view is not guaranteed. You may certainly request a savannah view.

    An alternative is to book these components of your trip separately. Then you are able to book the type of room and view that you want at your WDW resort. This is my preferred method when staying at a resort where the view will be part of our vacation experience.

    The Animal Kingdom Lodge has many public overlooks of the savannahs for all guests to enjoy!
