Hi, there!
A last-minute trip to the Walt Disney World Resort - how exciting! As a fellow mom of three, I have some great suggestions for must-do experiences and must-eat dining that your whole family will enjoy.
One of my favorite tips for multi-generational families traveling together to the Walt Disney World Resort is to book a few
Character Dining Experiences. The food is always amazing and the character interactions are always unforgettable! Some of my family's favorites include Chef Mickey's, The Crystal Palace and Disney Jr. Play 'n Dine at Hollywood & Vine. Don't fret if you can't immediately find availability for these dining experiences. Sometimes, reservations become available closer to your arrival date. Continue to check the Walt Disney World Resort website for reservations or call (407) 939-1947 to check availability with a Cast Member.
With so much to see and do at Walt Disney World Resort, it's likely your little Mouseketeers will tire out. I always recommend families with young children take a mid-afternoon break at their Resort hotel. After resting from your morning adventures, everyone in your family (grandparents included!) will feel refreshed and ready for an evening return to the theme parks, which brings me to my next must-do tip!
Don't miss Walt Disney World Resort's
Nighttime Spectaculars! The evening magic in the theme parks is extra special, and outstanding fireworks shows like Happily Ever After are meant to be shared with family. You will forever cherish the memories of your children's faces lighting up with joy and wonder!
Thanks so much for sending me this great question, Alyson! I know this last-minute trip will be magical for the whole family!
