Hi Kara!
Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your transportation question. Oh boy! You are in for such a magical experience on the
Keys to the Kingdom Tour! My husband and I took this tour a few years ago, and to this day, we still tell anyone who will listen about all the incredible Disney facts we learned. From fascinating behind-the-scenes stories to stepping into the legendary Utilidor, it truly felt like walking through a page of Walt Disney’s dream for the park.
Now, let’s talk about getting you to the magic on time! You’ll have no problem entering the
Magic Kingdom for your 7:00 AM tour. Upon arrival, you’ll find a friendly Cast Member near the entrance, assisting guests with early reservations and tour times. Just show them your tour confirmation on the My Disney Experience app, and you’ll be all set.
If you’re driving, please note that the Ticket and Transportation Center (TTC) typically opens one hour before
early entry, which begins at 8:30 AM on that day (subject to change). That means parking and transportation will start operating around 7:30 AM. To ensure a smooth arrival, I highly recommend arriving at the TTC no later than 7:30 AM, allowing you plenty of time to board the Monorail or Ferryboat and reach the entrance.
Another option would be to consider booking a
Minnie Van! These adorable red-and-white polka-dotted vehicles—driven by Disney Cast Members—can take you directly to the Magic Kingdom’s entrance, bypassing the need to stop at the TTC. It’s like having your own personal chariot straight to the magic!
Kara, I hope you have the most magical time unlocking the secrets of Walt Disney’s vision for Magic Kingdom. I know you’ll be talking about this experience for years to come—just like we have! If you have any more questions, feel free to stop by and see us again.
See you real soon,
Christina
