Welcome Richard,
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about
tours at Walt Disney World Resort. You are in for a real treat with
Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour. Every time I take this tour I marvel at the underground Utilidor system that allows Magic Kingdom Park to function so seamlessly. It's an amazing experience for any fan of Walt Disney World Resort to embark on this fascinating five-hour walking tour.
Even though you get a confirmation number when you book this tour, the event does not automatically appear on your itinerary in your
My Disney Experience account. The best way to add it to your schedule is by "adding a note" to your itinerary. Once you log into your account, select "My Itinerary" from the drop-down menu that appears under 'My Disney Experience" on the right side of your computer screen. Then choose the day of your tour. On the left side of the screen, click on "Add a Plan." That will give you the opportunity to write a note that will appear at the bottom of your itinerary. This is how I keep track of the tours I have selected for my Walt Disney World Resort vacations. I include the confirmation number associated with each tour so that I have that information handy in case I need to cancel or modify my reservation. I hope these instructions will help you manage your tour information.
Be sure to ask your Guide plenty of questions. The Cast Members who lead these exceptional tours are engaging and extremely knowledgeable. They are eager to share their vast knowledge with Guests who are hoping to learn as much as possible about Magic Kingdom Park. Enjoy every minute!
Sending best wishes and pixie dust,
Jill
