Ahoy there, Michelle! Welcome to planDisney. Thank you for sailing to us with your question.
I think your plans for next summer sound fantastic. My family always sleeps well when we book an inside stateroom because the room is nice and dark! You are welcome to request that the mattress for the upper birth be placed on the floor for your sleeping arrangement. I encourage you to speak with your stateroom attendant about this when you first meet on the day you embark on the ship. They will be eager to know how they can best assist you and your travel crew.
If there is anything else that you might need when
sailing with little ones, please review the onboard services and amenities and make any necessary requests. There will be plenty of fun to be had onboard with the younger children in your sailing party. When my own children were little, they especially loved the areas to splash and play on the ship and at
Disney's Castaway Cay (Spring-a-Leak) just for them.
The
Disney Magic has some wonderful spaces on the ship that make it unique. I love dining at
Rapunzel's Royal Table and especially enjoy the dessert served in a frying pan. For the brave adventurers in your group, I encourage them to give the
AquaDunk a try! This waterslide is quite a thrill as you experience a big drop before you splash down.
I hope you have an incredible Disney Cruise! My pals and I will be here for you if you have more questions.
Happy Planning!
