We booked with an independent travel agent but have DDP. Disney have given me a 12 digit number to use to make reservations. The DDP reservation page won't recognise that number. Should it recognise it even though we have more than 180 days until we travel

Hi Jill! I think the number you need to make reservations should be 10 digits. You may need to contact your independent travel agent direct to ask them for this. However, if Disney have given you a 12 digit number then this may be ok, but I am sure that the online reservations will not recognise any number until you are within the booking time-frame of 180 days. As you only need to wait until next month to make your dining reservations, I would try using the number you have been given first, and if that does not work, go back to your agent. If you have any more questions about this please do not hesitate to ask. Have a magical holiday!
