    Booked the illum. desert party. My ADR says 8:30 but when I look at the Calendar for 12/21, the show doesn't start until 10:30. Do we really need to be there 2 hours in advance? what time should we arrive and still get a good spot and enjoy all the tre

    Hello Jeannette and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
    People will begin lining up for the IllumiNations Sparkling Dessert Party before the event even begins. Something about delectable sweets combined with libations and a great view of the firework spectacular draws people in!  If you want a great spot to view IllumiNations, your best bet is to arrive early. While the desserts and sparkling drinks will be plentiful, the best viewing spots are not.   It is also important to remember that there is not seating in the Party area, so you will need to be prepared to stand for the duration.
