Hi Layne,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! Glad to hEAR you’ve got your vacation package booked, you’re that much closer to the magic!
Normally, if you’re signed into your
My Disney Experience account when booking, both your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation and your tickets will link automatically to your account and within the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Let’s check the app to see if the tickets are stored there already. To do this, open your app and from the home page select the three horizontal lines in the lower right corner. Next select, “Tickets and Passes”, this is where the tickets would normally show up. Try to swipe down to refresh the page and maybe they will pop up as well.
If you’re still not seeing the tickets, let’s try re-linking via the Walt Disney World Resort website. On
this linking page, select the box called “Resort Reservation or Vacation Package”, then sign into your account, and finally enter your confirmation code and your last name. Once complete, you’ll want to check through your account one more time to see if your tickets show up.
If none of the above options work, I definitely suggest connecting with the
My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ help desk! Once your tickets are linked, go ahead and book your
Disney Park Pass reservations for your trip. This is a great next step in your planning process since all guests need both a ticket and Disney Park Pass to enter the Theme Parks for each visit. It’s best to schedule these far in advance so you’re able to get the days and Parks that fit your schedule best.
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you begin preparing for your trip later this year. If you have any other planning or vacation questions in the meantime,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
