Bonjour!
Welcome to planDisney, Caroline! Thank you for visiting us with your first question today all about your European adventure this summer. It looks like you will be visiting
Disneyland Paris and staying at a
Disney Hotel, which really is the perfect way to experience the resort. There is nothing better than being able to stroll back to your hotel room after a full day in Disneyland Park!
Caroline, if you amend your booking in advance to include your friend, they would need to be registered for the full length of your stay and would receive park tickets for those same dates. However, there is another option. If your room is not already at maximum capacity, for example, a room that sleeps four Guests currently has three registered, your friend can be added to the room upon arrival at reception. There will be a small additional charge for the local tourist tax, which varies depending on which Disney Hotel you are staying in. As an example, at
Disney Sequoia Lodge, the tax for an additional adult is currently around €6 per night. Your friend would then be able to
purchase park tickets separately to match the dates of their visit.
I am so happy to see you are enjoying multiple nights at Disneyland Paris, as it is more important than ever. From 29th March, there will be two nighttime spectaculars taking place each evening. Disney Tales of Magic at Disneyland Park and the brand new Disney Cascade of Lights over Adventure Bay at the completely reimagined second park, soon to be known as
Disney Adventure World. I cannot wait to experience this for myself very soon!
I hope this answers your question today, Caroline! Have a brilliant time visiting the happiest place in Europe this summer. As you continue to finalise your plans, if you have any further questions, please
reach out to me. I'd love to help!
Have a magical day!
Matt
