I've just booked a hotel and tickets package for June 2022. I'm able to see my hotel reservations, but I cannot see the theme park tickets yet. How long does it take for the tickets to show up to make reservations?

Hey Howdy Hey Anthony and welcome to planDisney!

Such a great feeling getting your trip booked and seeing your reservation on your My Disney Experience account knowing you are in for a Magical trip full of memories! It also is so nice to have everything connected to one easy-to-find place with your My Disney Experience account, but sometimes there might be a little lag. Let's run through a few things to make sure you have everything set.

Typically, you should have access to and have your reservation linked to your My Disney Experience account soon after your reservation is made. That being said, I have personally had to wait a couple of hours and once up to 24 to get everything through. This does not usually take that long but anything longer might require a call to Disney to check on the status of the reservation. This may also depend on where you are looking for the information too.

I have had the quickest and best luck with linking reservations on the My Disney Experience account online compared to the app. The online site seems to be quicker and more responsive at times, so you might want to try and check there. Once you go on the site and log on, go to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. Look for the heading "Tickets & Passes" to see if your tickets show up there.

We have also had issues with the My Disney Experience app at times not loading the information that I was able to see online to my account. Usually, this was because an update to the app did not go through or some other technical issue. You might need to log completely out and close the app to restart it. You also might need to fully uninstall and then reinstall the app to get things to load appropriately as well.

The good part is that once everything links up appropriately, usually there are much fewer issues and things work quite well. There is so much you can do from the app now such as with Mobile Ordering, reserving your Lightning Lane attractions with Genie+ and having your park tickets linked to your MagicMobile Service to help make navigating the parks so much easier.

Good luck getting things all sorted out and linked together. Make sure you also have your Theme Park Reservation and tickets assigned to the right parks for the right day! If you have any further questions please let us know, we would be happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,
