    I have booked my hotel & tickets directly through Walt Disney Holidays. I’ve tried to link my reservation to the my Disney experience app and every time i do it tells me my reservation doesn’t exist. I have confirmation my booking is complete and paid

    Yikes, Joshua!  I'm so sorry to hear that you've been experiencing difficulties in linking your already booked holiday to Walt Disney World Resort to your My Disney Experience account.  I'm going to do my very best to try and offer some practical guidance today.  

    It might be useful for you to understand, that typically when Guests make a booking with the Walt Disney Travel Company, it can take up to 48 hours or so for the booking to populate and become active on the system.

    When booked directly with the Walt Disney Travel Company, Guests should be able to use their booking confirmation number and lead passenger surname to link a Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation to My Disney Experience. 

    To link a Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation to My Disney Experience

     - Using a desktop computer, log in to My Disney Experience
     - Select My Plans
     - Hover over Resort Hotel and select Link Reservation - this opens up a new window
     - Follow the onscreen prompts to add the Resort Room Confirmation Number and Lead Passenger Name continuing until the actions are completed.

    Plus, it might be good to know that for convenience, Guests can access their booking via this Manage my Booking link.

    Joshua, if you are still finding it tricky to link your booking to your My Disney Experience, I would suggest speaking on the phone with a tech-savvy Cast Member.  These wonderfully helpful Cast Members are able with just a bibbidi-bobbidi-boo to take a peek at your account, and also be best placed to further help with your enquiry as necessary.

    To connect with a Cast Member, please dial the UK freephone number for Techincal and Website Support contained within this Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.  Prior to calling, Joshua, you'll want to be sure to have your Disney Resort reservation number, and any other pertinent details close to hand.
