HI I just booked my hotel and tickets for the 16th of August, but can't find the ticket ID to make a park reservation

Welcome to planDisney, Marcus. Thanks for taking the time to visit us. I’m delighted to see your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth is just a few sleeps away. Let’s get you on your way to making theme park reservations for your upcoming trip!

When you made your hotel reservations and purchased tickets, you should have received a confirmation email with electronic tickets attached (perhaps in PDF format that you’ll need to open). On each eTicket, there should be a barcode with a string of numbers right below it. These numbers are the unique Ticket ID number. If you have the Disneyland mobile app downloaded onto your smartphone, you’ll be able to link the ticket by scanning the barcode. Otherwise, you can input the Ticket ID number manually on the Disneyland mobile app, or when you sign onto your Disney account on Disneyland.com

Once you’ve successfully linked your tickets to your Disney account, you’ll be able to make theme park reservations for your trip. Be sure to check out Disney Parks Blog and follow along Disneyland Resort’s official social media channels for the latest park news and happenings!

If you have more trip-planning questions, please don’t hesitate to write us again. We’re all EARS!

    See ya real soon,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
