Welcome to planDisney, Carolyn. I'm so happy you found us here on our little corner of the internet!
If you made
Theme Park Reservations, have email confirmations for each, and the reservations are showing up in your
My Disney Experience account online, you are likely all set to go. This
has happened to some people whose reservations don't show up immediately in the "Future Plans" section of their
My Disney Experience mobile app, but eventually sync up. Sometimes logging out and logging back into the app helps and sometimes uninstalling the app and reinstalling it also helps. If you are still experiencing issues as your trip approaches, you can
reach out to a friendly Cast Member through the "My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+" line at the resort. Just keep those email confirmations handy.
Carolyn, just a quick note that if you have date-based
theme park tickets, you do not need Theme Park Reservations for vacations starting on or after January 9, 2024. Most Guests have these types of tickets, which are good within a very specific date range that you set when you are purchasing your tickets. However, if you have a different ticket type, like an
Annual Pass, a Cast Member ticket, or another variation that doesn't specify specific dates, you will likely need Theme Park Reservations at this time. As an
Annual Passholder myself, I will continue to make Theme Park Reservations to enter the parks.
If you have any other questions,
please don't hesitate to reach out directly to me. Just like
all my planDisney friends, I'm always happy to help a Guest have the best vacation ever!
Everything is possible - even the impossible,
Matt
