    I booked my hotel and ticket package a long time ago and there was no option for a dining plan. I see that there is one now and I would like to add one but I do not know how. Is there a way to add a dining plan to my package?

    I'm happy to hear you have a Walt Disney World Resort vacation booked - I'm sure you're probably counting down the days until you're heading through the gates of The Most Magical Place on Earth!

    During Walt Disney World's phased reopening, there have been several Guest offerings paused until further notice. While some of these offerings have been restored, such as Early Theme Park Entry and the Park Hopper Option, unfortunately there has been no reinstatement of the Disney Dining Plan. The Dining: Know Before You Go page on the Walt Disney World Resort website is a great source of the most up-to-date information, updates, and enhancements to select dining experiences. 

    I, like you, am eagerly awaiting news regarding the return of the Disney Dining Plan. My family really enjoys the dining plan, especially knowing that our meals are taken care of before we arrive. It takes the guesswork out of budgeting for meals, and saves us from having to reach for our wallets every time we enjoy a dining experience on our vacation. I encourage you to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog and Walt Disney World on Facebook and Twitter for announcements about any dining plan offerings returning for Guests.
