Hello Theresa!
Welcome to planDisney! I sometimes have the opposite problem as you Theresa. I booked a trip in the past to Walt Disney World Resort and my ticket appeared but the Resort reservations for some reason do not show up. It's very odd sometimes how technology works but let's see how we can find these hidden tickets.
Suppose you booked a Walt Disney World Resort package directly from the
Walt Disney World website or via a call with the
Cast Members at Disney Resort Hotel Reservations. In that case, the tickets and reservations should automatically be linked to your
My Disney Experience plans. If you can't find them or purchased the package through other means then they may have to be manually linked. If so, you should have received an email with a confirmation code, reservation number, or ticket number. It will be a series of numbers and there could be a few letters thrown in. Take that information and manually
link it to your account. Make sure to follow all the steps and link them to the correct people. If you have trouble finding the email with the code I would reach out to whoever you purchased your tickets from and ask them for assistance.
This may sound too simple, but I suggest opening and closing the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. I have had issues with tickets appearing and disappearing in the app because it didn't load correctly. Restarting the app seems to do the trick and help load things properly.
I also want to clarify that most date-based tickets do not need
theme park reservations. If you purchased the tickets as part of a package for a convention, student group, or for a few other reasons then you will need to make theme park reservations as these tickets were not assigned start dates at the time of purchase. Otherwise, you are free to enjoy the Parks in any order or on any day that you like!
I hope this helps and if you have any more questions please feel free to
let me know!
Happy Planning!
