How exciting that you have an upcoming trip to the "Happiest Place on Earth!" Your travel e-package should be delivered electronically to your MyDisney account 3 days prior to your arrival. If for some reason you are not seeing your theme park tickets appear, I have a few recommendations.
The
Australian Disneyland site recommends that you book your magical holiday through a local travel agent who specializes in trips to the Disneyland Resort. I would connect with your travel agent if that is who helped you purchase your vacation package. You also could reach out to a helpful Cast Member on the
Ticket Services Line, or
via email if that is the most convenient route. I'm hoping they're able to assist to get you on your way to the magic!
